Brothers for Christ, Inc. (BFC) serves as the centralized headquarters and legal covering for a multi-faceted mission of restoration in East Africa. As a federally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (EIN: 93-4768401), BFC provides the financial transparency and administrative rigors required to sustain long-term impact.

Operational Arm: FVM

The Hands on the Ground. Family Voice Ministries (FVM) manages infrastructure like the Teso Bar Church and community restoration forums.

Charitable Arm: FV Kids

The Heart for the Next Generation. Focuses on tangible rescue initiatives, including the Sanctuary Build and Amolatar Goat Farm.

Governance Note:

While our operational arms focus on the specific needs of the Ugandan people, all charitable contributions are processed and audited by Brothers for Christ, Inc. to ensure full compliance with US federal law.

Mark Jeffords

President & Founder

Mark founded Brothers for Christ to bridge the gap between U.S. supporters and the mission field in Uganda. Following a transformative experience in prison ministry in 2009, he dedicated his efforts to establishing a transparent legal framework for international gospel support.

He oversees the strategic direction of the ministry and maintains the direct relationship with Family Voice Church in Lira, ensuring 100% of public donations reach the mission field.

Phil Miesner

Board Director

Phil brings over two decades of ministry leadership experience, specifically within the Lakepointe Church community. His expertise in spiritual mentorship and community governance provides the moral and operational foundation for Brothers for Christ’s oversight duties.

Kevin Maley

Board Director

Kevin is a seasoned business professional and philanthropist with a focus on organizational efficiency and financial integrity. He provides the critical business oversight required to manage a multi-national nonprofit, ensuring that Brothers for Christ operates with corporate-level transparency.
